I ordered a pair of ear buds from Bestbuy. They never arrived and Bestbuy is declining to help. They defer it the carrier who in turn defers to BestBuy.

Horrible company. Could not return a brand new unopened router because it was over 15 days past the buy date

every time I bought from you to deliver to my house, the delivery fails, or Best Buy pays the shipping very cheaply, or you have to change the delivery method.

I had an issue with a security camera system return and the manager "Justin" stepped in after explaining our situation. Justin was very sympathetic and helpful and insured we remained loyal customers of Best Buy. He stopped what he was doing and took care of everything. He's a true ambassador for Best Buy. Customer Service was 5-stars and we couldn't of been more pleased with the outcome. It's nice that a company values the consumer.

I ordered a tv from Best Buy.com picked a available delivery date then the day before it was supposed to be delivered they said delayed pick another delivery date so I did then day before that one delayed again tried to reach a resolution with customer service no help even went to the Best Buy store closest to me explained my situation to see if they could give me a discount on a comparable model that they have in stock so I could get it that day they said they would not help me all I could do is cancel my order and wait up to 30 days for a refund very poor customer service with the entire company and I will never shop Best Buy again I have filed a complaint with the BBB and consumer affairs my advice shop Amazon at least they deliver when they say they will and prices are also better

I ordered a tv and then canceled the same day but BB didn't cancel on their end and the purchase went to my credit report. My money was refunded because it was a canceled purchase but my credit took a 15 point hit and BB will not contact the credit bureau and make it right.

I will never use their card again.

Crappy service didn't even begin to cover it. Had a refrigerator delivered, no attempt to level it made by installer ot geek squad.
Myself and my husband, close to 70 years old had to do it.

I'm officially done with Best Buy , bought a Linksys Atlas Pro Didn’t take out the the box wanted to return four weeks later they won’t return it . Insult to injury they dropped the price by. 50 % then tell me to bad !!!
I'm officially done with best buy. No customer service, you can't talk to anyone at the local store. Big fail best buy, YOU SUCK AND I’m done buying from you .1 STAR only because I couldn’t leave 0

Purchased washer and dryer in store. Was delivered and unboxed in driveway. Big dent in washer going from front to rear along one side. Very noticeable. Third party carrier said to keep it and make a claim. Don’t do this. It takes many attempts to get anywhere with this company. They offered an $80 in store credit which is insulting. Now I cannot get them to make an exchange. Shop elsewhere. Terrible service
